• We will listen to you and find out exactly what your worries are.

• We will just meet with you first of all, if this is what you want, to talk about your anxieties - you don’t even have to sit in the dental chair!

• We will stop at any time that you want us to. Even if we are just talking to you at your first visit, if you want to you can just get up and leave – we will not be offended.
